I recently had cause to sell my mother's house in Strafford, PA.  After interviewing several Realtors in the area I chose, and signed a contract with Darin.  He immediately prepared a comprehensive plan to market the home, as well as giving me advice on ways to improve the salability of the house

During the period of time that the house was on the market he hosted several open houses.  He kept in touch with me frequently to let me know how many people had seen the property, as well as the feedback on their impressions.

In short the house sold in a minimum amount of time at the asking price.
